One of the earliest white varieties available today. An abundance of glossy, pure white fruits that grow in clusters on sturdy 36" tall plants. Sweet flavor with few seeds. Tender skins make this a great variety for grilling, sauteing and stir fry dishes. The optimum length is 3-4" but even if they grow larger they will still be tender and taste great.

Water:	Eggplant enjoy a heavy soaking weekly of at least 1" although they will use more when flowering and in periods of extreme heat or windy conditions.
Mature:	55 days
Harvest:	When the smooth, glossy exterior flesh "gives" but comes right back when pressed with your thumb. Use a knife or pruning shears so you don't damage the plant.
Planting and Growing Tips:	Avoid planting by fennel.

Spacing:	18"-30" apart
Soil pH:	5.5-6.5
